This journey starts with you, and believing in yourself. Anything is possible. Just BELIEVE and PUNCH FEAR IN THE FACE!
BE A HUNGRY FOR KNOWLEDGE + BE AN INDEPENDENT RESEARCHER. YOU ARE AN ENTREPRENEUR!
The most successful coaches are the coaches that are insatiable for knowledge and they don’t wait around waiting for it to drop in their lap. They search out the answers they need, & they can find the answer faster rather than waiting on someone else to give it to them.
You already possess 90% of what it takes to be an amazing coach and the other 10% will be taught to you by the squad. I know that becoming a coach can be overwhelming so please just remember that we have ALL been there. We are all here for you as you begin this exciting journey toward your personal and business goals.
Here are first new coach goals we will be working on over the next 4 weeks:
1. Getting Your Product Paid For
2. Earning Success Starters
3. Achieving Emerald Rank
4. Gaining Confidence
We will show you how to announce that you are a coach - so hold off on that for now. I know you’re excited! We will also be showing you how to invite others to join a health and fitness challenge/boot camp that you can co-lead with any of us as an apprentice coach. Your job as an apprentice is to be the BEST challenger possible by plugging into the group daily and getting the best results with your program and Shakeology.
The most important thing to know right now is you are joining a PREMIERE coaching team, meaning we were in the top 0.01% of all coaching teams. We have proven steps, training, and systems that work as long as you work them! We are your mentor, coach and friend through it all BUT we're not your boss. This is YOUR business and we want to remove the training wheels in order for you can continue to grow with confidence.
